automateyourtaxes.com provides an AI-powered email scanning service that identifies potential tax deductions from your Gmail inbox. The service generates a report of invoices, receipts, and payments categorized by IRS Schedule C line items.

Not tax advice

This service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute tax, financial, or legal advice. The reports generated are automated estimates and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying all amounts against your original invoices and consulting a qualified tax professional before filing your tax return. We are not a CPA firm, tax preparer, or financial advisor.

Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, our AI-based extraction may misidentify, miscategorize, or miss deductions. Amounts may not match your actual invoices. Categories are suggested mappings to IRS Schedule C line items and may not reflect the correct classification for your specific tax situation. Always verify with a tax professional.

Payments and refunds

The initial email scan is free. The full deduction report is available for a one-time payment of $19. Additional email account scans are available for $3 each. All payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@automateyourtaxes.com.

Email access

By using this service, you grant us temporary, read-only access to your Gmail account for the sole purpose of scanning for invoices and receipts. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings. We do not access, read, or store any emails beyond those matching our invoice/receipt search criteria.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, automateyourtaxes.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to incorrect tax filings, missed deductions, or IRS penalties. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
